Homeland Security’s laptop seizures – if you leave the country, for whatever reason, the probability that you will have your electronic devices (laptops, smart phones, ipads, memory sticks, etc.) searched, seized, potentially copied and returned “if they feel like it”, without warrants or reasons, is very high… and it doesn’t matter if your attorney/client or clergy/penitent communications, private medical and psychiatric information and the like are on that device. either you submit to a search and seizure, or you don’t get back into the country… and they call me a terrorist… 😐
