unfortunately, yes.
i’ve had a spate of people stealing my graphics (most recently i found a server in brazil that had almost all the graphics that i have ever put on the web, including my entire flickr photostream) and i want to let them know that it is not okay.
as you may have noticed, they come up fine on the browser, when you access them through my domains. the only place where they get replaced with the “don’t steal my graphics” graphic is when they are hotlinked from my server and displayed somewhere else.
did you know that EVERY graphic you put in your blog, including things like the little squares for bullet points, comes out in the RSS reader as your “don’t steal my graphics” graphic?
