reminds me of this comic’s “stupid darts” idea (Gallagher??). everybody gets equipped with a gun that fires those suction cup darts with a little flag on them that says “stupid.”
Every time you see someone doing a stupid move in an automobile you hit ’em with the stupid dart. if a cop sees a car with three or more, he/she pulls them over and gives them a ticket for being stupid.
works for me.
(of course, it also rings a bell with Bill Engvall’s “here’s your sign” routine. still works for me.)
